Introducing Fiore's Newest Partner: Triton Property Management Services


We are excited to have Triton Property Management partnering with Fiore at the Gardens Condominium Association and we all look forward to providing the Fiore community with the exceptional quality service and attention our community deserves!

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS

NO MORE CLICK PAY

The outgoing management company has discontinued all Click Pay payments. Beginning April 1st, you will be able to make a one-time payment or schedule recurring monthly payments directly with the associations bank by using the blue link below.



  1. You will select Fiore at the Gardens Condominium Association from the list

  2. Enter your homeowner/account number (THIS IS YOUR UNIT #)

  3. Enter email address to register.

This is the preferred payment method as it is FREE of charge if you pay with your checking account information. Those who choose to use a debit or credit card will incur a bank convenience fee.


If you have bill payments scheduled through your personal bank, you will want to update the mailing address ASAP to the new address below. Please be sure to include your account number (your unit number) on all payments and make the check payable to;

For those who prefer to mail a check, new monthly coupons should be received in early April (please discard any coupons you currently have). As a reminder, monthly dues need to be received by the 15th of each month to avoid late fees.


RESIDENT PORTAL

In mid-April, you will receive an invitation to the owner portal, where you will have access to submit work orders, review account history, and pay online using the same link above.


EMERGENCY REQUESTS

Triton personnel are also available to handle any after-hours emergency requests (e.g., fire, flood, sewer backup, etc.).


If you have an after-hours emergency, please call (561) 250-6565.


Our 24-hour answering service will immediately alert the property manager who will contact you.

To ensure communication between yourself and the Association, we have included an Emergency Contact Form.


It is important for us to have the most up-to-date contact information, so we may respond as efficiently as possible, should the need arise. We also want to make sure you do not miss any community-related communications, so please be sure to check the box at the top of the form to authorize email/resident portal communications. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
