Parking Policy

Vehicles must display a Fiore registered parking decal on the lower back window passenger side.

•Vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the roadways.

•Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the grass.
• Vehicles are not allowed to park in the fire lanes.

• Vehicles without the proper permit are prohibited from parking in Handicapped spaces.

• Vehicles cannot occupy two parking places.

•Vehicles must have a current unaltered license plate / tag. No expired tags are allowed.

• No motor homes, busses, boat trailers, trailers, or ATVs may be parked on the premises.

• No commercial vehicles (vehicles with lettering or signage, except for municipal vehicles) can be parked on the premises.

• Moving vehicles (Budget or U-Haul trucks) can be parked in front of the clubhouse with prior authorization from Management.

•No disabled vehicles can be parked upon the premises; absolutely no repairs are permitted to be made on the premises.

•No car covers of any type.

•Overnight guests must be registered on the Fiore Parking Attendant via Parking Boss.

• 30-day guest(s) must be added to the residential lease.

•All new residents are required to pay a $50.00 vehicle registration fee per vehicle.

•Guest spots are not for long term storage of vehicles.

Simply go to the website and enter the personal code which was given to you when your decals was issued.

If you forgot their code, there is an option for you to reset it so you don't have to call the office.

Trash Policy

Fines will be issues to residents who throw Trash over the chute. A $100 FINE will be added to the homeowners account ledger

Pet Policy

No more than two (2) domestic pets (limited to either dogs, cats or other common household pets) may be kept in a Unit.

Architectural Form

The Association has the duty to assure that any improvements made to individual units comply with the Regulations and By-Laws of the Association as well as local Building Codes.

Reservation of Cyber Cafe

Any resident looking to host a party or gathering at the Cyber Café must make a reservation with the Property Manager at least one (1) week in advance.

Please indicate the date and time of the event, in addition to how many people will be attending.

• Cyber Café only: 2 hrs. ($200)
