Organizational Board Meeting – July 13, 2026

Following the 2026 Annual Meeting and Election, the newly elected Board of Directors will convene for the Organizational Meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

The purpose of this meeting is to organize the Board for the upcoming year and conduct the Association's initial business.

Agenda items include:

• Election of Board Officers

• Designation of Authorized Signatories for the Association's Bank Accounts

• Appointment of the Board Liaison to Management and Legal Counsel

• Other organizational matters as required
