MARCH 12, 2026

New Business:

  • The Fiore at Gardens condominium held a March 2026 board meeting approving the 2026 budget, infrastructure upgrades, and reserve allocations, with discussions on pool, gate, and safety projects.

  • Multiple contractors submitted estimates for outdoor kitchens, balcony inspections, painting, and repairs, with some proposals including warranties and financing options.

  • Next steps involve project approvals, contract finalizations, and monitoring progress.

APRIL 28, 2026

New Business:

  • The Fiore at Gardens Condominium Association scheduled a special board meeting on April 28, 2026, to approve an electronic voting resolution allowing owners to vote online per Florida Statutes.

  • Owners can consent or revoke consent via signed forms or email, with procedures addressing privacy, technical issues, and revocation deadlines.

  • The resolution authorizes third-party vendors and details owner rights and disclosures.

MARCH 20, 2026

New Business:

  • Discussed approval of temporary assistance for daily pool operations, including opening/closing gates, maintaining furniture, and weekend cleaning.

  • Addressed upcoming fire alarm and sprinkler re-inspections for units previously marked as “no access.”
