Electronic Voting is Here at Fiore: How to Opt-In Before June 8

The Board of Directors is excited to announce that Fiore at the Gardens will be utilizing electronic voting (e-voting) for upcoming elections and membership votes.

Electronic voting provides residents with a secure, convenient, and efficient way to participate in Association elections from anywhere using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Important Deadline

All owners who wish to participate in electronic voting must opt in by:

📅 Monday, June 8, 2026⏰ 6:00 PM

Owners who do not opt in by the deadline will continue to vote using traditional paper ballots.

Step 1: Complete the Electronic Voting Consent Form

Florida law requires owners to provide written consent before participating in electronic voting.

Complete the Electronic Voting Consent Form and submit it to the Association.

If you prefer, you may also email the signed paper Opt-In Form that was included with your Notice of Special Meeting to:

Step 2: Watch for Your Email Invitation

Once your consent form has been processed, you will receive an invitation email from our electronic voting provider, CondoVoter.

The invitation will come from:

Please be sure to check your inbox, spam folder, and junk mail folder.

Step 3: Activate Your Account

After receiving the invitation email:

1. Open the activation email.

2. Click the activation link.

3. Create your password.

4. Complete the account setup process.

Once activated, your account will be ready for future electronic voting.

Step 4: Practice Before the Election

To help residents become familiar with the platform, CondoVoter provides a sample practice election.

After activating your account, you may see a test ballot titled:

🎵 "What is your favorite music genre?"

This practice vote is simply a demonstration and allows you to experience the voting process before any official Association election.
