Fiore at the Gardens Board Meeting: October 1, 2026
Fiore at the Gardens homeowners are invited to attend the upcoming Open Board Meeting on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, allowing homeowners to attend at the Fiore Clubhouse or participate via Zoom.
What’s on the Agenda
The board will consider approval of the June 16 and July 13, 2026, meeting minutes and hear the treasurer’s update and manager’s report.
New business includes several community matters:
Balcony inspection and repair planning: The agenda includes approval of the NV5 balcony inspection report, along with repair design, a bid package, and construction monitoring.
Board protocol and legal matters: Board protocol and Rosenbaum PLLC/legal matters are listed for discussion.
Cabana paver maintenance: The board will consider ratification of a proposal from Perfect Paver Company of Florida to steam clean and seal the cabana pavers.
Lake management: Solitude Lake Management is also on the agenda.
