Fiore residents — your voices have been heard! We’re thrilled to announce that the Cyber Café is now available to rent for FREE for your next party or small gathering.

Whether you're planning a birthday party, a game night, or a get-together with friends, Cyber Café FREE to Rent | Fiore at the Gardensthe Cyber Café at the clubhouse is the perfect spot to host your event — all at no cost for up to 4 hours!

Here’s what you need to know:

• A “gathering” is defined as 10 to 25 people

• Reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance

• A fully refundable $200 security deposit is due no later than 2 weeks before your event

• Event insurance is required and must be submitted with your deposit

• If you're a tenant, written consent from your landlord is required

• The space must be cleaned, furniture reset, and trash removed post-event

• No decorations may be taped, tacked, or glued to walls or furniture

• All events must end by 10 PM
