Here’s Exactly How to Do It

Too busy to vote in person? No problem. You can send in your ballot by email—it’s quick, easy, and keeps your voice in the conversation.

🕐 Deadline:

Your emailed ballot must be received before the official start time of the meeting. July 16th, 6pm EST. Late ballots will not be counted.

Step 1: Download a Ballot Version

The Email you are submitting your ballot from MUST BE THE EMAIL THAT IS FEATURED IN THE OFFICIAL ROSTER. You CAN NOT submit a ballot with an Email that is NOT part of our official records.

Step 2: Ensure all Required information is featured in your Ballot

📬 What to Include in Your Electronic Ballot:

Make sure your email has the following:

✅ Your Unit Number
✅ Your First and Last Name, Typed Out
- This acts as your signature
- Keep in mind: Emailing your ballot means it’s not secret

🔊 Required Statement (Yes, it has to be in BIG LETTERS)

You must include the following statement in your email, using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and a font size larger than the rest of the email:
The Ballots you download will already have this copy included

WAIVING THE SECRECY OF YOUR BALLOT IS YOUR CHOICE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE TO WAIVE THE SECRECY OF YOUR BALLOT IN ORDER TO VOTE. BY TRANSMITTING YOUR COMPLETED BALLOT THROUGH EMAIL TO THE ASSOCIATION, YOU WAIVE THE SECRECY OF YOUR BALLOT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO WAIVE YOUR SECRECY BUT WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VOTE THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS BALLOT, PLEASE ATTEND THE IN-PERSON MEETING DURING WHICH THIS MATTER WILL BE VOTED ON.
