As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and well-kept community, the Association will begin trip hazard repairs on Wednesday, March 25 at 8:00 AM. These repairs are a necessary investment to address safety concerns throughout the property.

What to Expect
Starting ahead of the scheduled work, residents will notice safety cones being placed around the community. These cones are used to clearly mark areas where repairs will take place.
Starting 3/24/26: Cones may appear next to parking spaces to indicate upcoming work
Beginning 3/25/26: Cones will be placed in parking spaces to prepare for active repairs
Please note that different areas of the community may be worked on at different times throughout the project.
Parking & Access Guidelines
To ensure the work can proceed safely and efficiently, we ask all residents to follow these guidelines:
Do not move or relocate any cones
Vehicles must be removed from coned-off spaces by 7:45 AM on the day work is scheduled
Vehicles remaining in these areas after this time will be subject to towing
Overflow parking is available near the clubhouse
Please do not park in another resident’s assigned space without permission
Why This Matters
While we understand this may cause temporary inconvenience, these repairs are essential to improving the safety of walkways and common areas across the community. Delays in this work are not an option, as addressing trip hazards is a top priority for the Association.
Thank You for Your Cooperation
We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these important improvements. By working together, we can ensure a safer environment for everyone in our community.
